Find a barrel nut and insert it into one of the holes it will fit into. The screwdriver-point side of the barrel nut must face outward from the hole when the barrel nut is inserted. The hole in the side of the barrel nut must line up with the hole in the end of the rail. Push the bolt in through the outside of the arm and into the rail by threading it into the barrel nut. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the screw. Repeat this for all of the bolts, but do not tighten them fully yet.
